Customer Retention Rate (CRR)

Customer Retention Rate (CRR) is the percentage of current customers who remain customers after a specified time.

CRR = {(E-N)/S} x 100 where S refers to the customers at the start, E – the customers at the end, and N – the customers acquired during the specified time period.
