Customer Experience is the sum total of customers’ perceptions and feelings from interacting with a brand’s products and services. CX entails all the touchpoints a consumer has with a brand, including the pre-purchase period, the active use stage, and the renewal or repeat purchase stage. Excellent customer service improves customer engagement and loyalty and also acts as a competitive advantage.
