Churn Rate

Churn Rate, also known as attrition rate, is the rate at which customers discontinue doing business with the organization or employees leave during a specified period. Changes in a business’ churn rate offer insights about the firm, including customer turnover rate and employee satisfaction.

Churn rate also shows the number of customers who discontinue their subscriptions or do not renew them.
