Chatbots

A chatbot is a conversational interface on social networks, apps, and eCommerce platforms that interacts with the end-user without human intervention. A chatbot could be text or voice-based, or a combination of both. It is built on AI technologies, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Machine Learning (ML) algorithms.
