LatentView Analytics Hires Niels Pennings to Drive Growth in Financial Services Practice

LatentView Analytics, a trusted analytics partner to the world’s most recognized brands, announced today that Niels Pennings joined the firm as Growth Lead for the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) vertical. The addition of Pennings is part of the company’s investment in leadership and resources required to seize business opportunities in the rapidly growing financial services industry.

Pennings brings to LatentView nearly 20 years of experience in risk management, operations and business development, developing strong relationships with Wall Street banks, financial technology companies, and leading investment firms. He will play a key role in scaling LatentView’s BFSI practice area as the company doubles down on its mission to partner with financial services organizations to accelerate growth.

“LatentView continues to expand its client offerings in the financial services sector led by the brightest minds in the industry,” said Shalabh, Chief Growth Officer, LatentView Analytics. “Niels’ global perspective and deep understanding of the challenges that face BFSI organizations today allow him to offer individualized solutions to navigate through digital transformation.”

“The financial services industry is undergoing rapid change with legacy banks, credit unions and other organizations evolving to digitize their core technology and migrate data to the cloud,” added Parijat Banerjee, Global Business Analytics Head for LatentView. “From innovations in payments to managing risk and compliance through advanced analytics, Niels brings a depth of knowledge and experience that will provide effective partnership value to our clients.”

Pennings was most recently with EXL Services where he bolstered business development for its Data Management and Advanced Analytics solutions across banking and FinTech Space. Prior to EXL, Niels spent five years with The Smart Cube where he built its US financial services practice, providing bespoke research solutions to large investment banks, global asset management firms, and small to mid-sized hedge funds and family offices.

“The financial services industry is evolving rapidly, and I was immediately attracted to LatentView’s combination of deep vertical expertise and analytics know-how to help financial services organizations embrace and thrive in our digital future,” said Pennings. “I look forward to partnering with our clients on data-driven strategies to position them for long-term competitive success and to play a part in scaling up LatentView’s BFSI practice.”
