LatentView Analytics was among the highest scoring providers in services vision, future viability and current partner ecosystem criteria in the report, which evaluated twelve Customer Analytics Service Providers.

In a 33-criterion evaluation of customer analytics service providers, Forrester identified the 12 most significant ones to show how each provider measures up and helps customer insights (CI) professionals select the right one for their needs. The Forrester report states that organizations are looking for partners that can help transform their businesses by scaling customer analytics across the organization, improving all aspects of the customer experience (CX) and driving business benefits for clients across the customer life cycle
To be included in the report, vendors needed to meet the following criteria: 1) Specialize in customer analytics; 2) Earn at least $10 million from customer analytics services engagements last year; 3) Provide customer analytics for clients in at least three verticals; and 4) Currently have at least 10 clients using their customer analytics services.
To create the report, a combination of three data sources was used to assess the strengths and weaknesses of each solution, including vendor surveys, executive strategy briefings and customer reference calls. Primary research is conducted to develop a list of vendors that meet the criteria for evaluation in the Customer Analytics Service Provider market.
