01. What is the Talent Accelerator Program?

The Talent Accelerator Program is a flagship pathway within Innovations Lab designed to develop talent in applied AI and analytics through hands-on experience, mentorship, and real-world exposure.

You’ll work on real-world business problems, including machine learning, data analysis, and AI-driven solutions across industries. 

Students or recent graduates with backgrounds in data science, computer science, engineering, statistics, or related fields who are interested in applied AI and analytics. 

We look for strong problem-solving ability, programming familiarity, foundational knowledge of analytics or machine learning, and an interest in business problem-solving.

No. We’re looking for strong fundamentals and a willingness to learn. 

Roles are typically based in the candidate’s home location within the U.S. and follow a distributed model.

Relocation is generally not required for early-career roles, though occasional travel may be expected depending on project needs. 

The program includes hands-on project work, mentorship, and structured learning designed to build both technical and consulting skills.

Yes. Participants receive structured 90-day training along with ongoing mentorship. 

Participants transition into full-time roles within LatentView and continue to grow through client engagement and on-the-job learning. 

Yes. Participants receive competitive compensation and benefits.
