Job Description:

  1. Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process to fulfil our recruiting needs for the US.
  2. Work closely with the Recruiting Leads and Managers.
  3. Work on strategic hiring needs.
  4. Procure people for different Analytics roles.
  5. Use niche platforms related to IT and Analytics to source potential candidates.
  6. Personally conduct interviews, document the same, and report as the need arises.
  7. In addition to executing individual responsibility should be able to work in with the other departments with the company growth perspective in mind.
  8. Keeping abreast of the industry trends.

Job Requirement:

  1. Experience in building the talent pool for different IT skills.
  2. Must be comfortable working in PST shifts.
  3. Experience in recruiting US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1B's, and EAD's.
  4. Knowledgeable about different US work Visas.
  5. Familiarity with different US Tax terms is required (1099/W2/Corp-Corp).
  6. Strong understanding of technical requirements.
  7. Ability to display deep sourcing skills and excellent candidate assessment skills.
  8. Should be self-motivated as well as a team player.
  9. The ability to think analytically to consider all applicants and recommend the right fit for the organization.
  10. Should have excellent oral and written communication skills.
