Job Description:
*In this role you may program manage and lead – creation, program management and execution of key HR processes and workflows to enable the HR partnering team to proactively manage and lead people processes.
*You will counsel colleagues, managers, and leaders on a range of people policies and guidelines.
*Constantly measure employee experience, identifying issues and proposing solutions for employee life cycle events with the intent to enhance overall employee experience.
*Collate monthly Payroll changes from all departments, e.g., recruitment for new hires, HR, shares with payroll vendors, do checks for calculations made.
*Verifies / control employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations, to have accurate and up-to-date payroll records.
*Complete validation of various payroll output files to ensure the accuracy of payroll, transferring salaries to employees as per the SLA and submitting accounting entries on timely manner.
*Analyze and create financial reports for senior management and other departments as needed.
*Acts as a contact for providing evidence, responding to internal/external auditors requests.
*Employment and compliance administration related to regulatory concerns.
*Complaint handling: understand the context, the problem and propose appropriate solutions.
*Lead initiatives for employee safety, health, welfare, benefits: find out what works globally and what are the local specific benefits needed.
*Support leaders (globally) in engaging with their team members in a positive, constructive manner.
*2-5 years of HR Generalist experience in HR. Experience and good understanding of supporting employees across the full spectrum of HR life cycle – hire to retire.
*Understanding of local labor laws/ considerations so she/he can drive a proactive approach to employee relations.
*Hands on Experience in handling end to end payroll process.
*Strong problem-solving capability, proven quantitative and analytical skills with a keen eye for details.
*Ability to manage projects independently and handle ambiguity with an open/ growth mindset.
*Exceptional interpersonal skills, judgement, professionalism, maturity, and trustworthiness.
*Strong customer orientation with a strong sense of bias for action, high sense of ownership through responsibility and accountability for end results.
*Positive attitude, ability to interact with diverse range of people in fair and consistent manner.
*Collaborative and professional, even when under pressure.
*Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to details.
*Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
*Strong communication skills – both written and verbal. Experience in internal employee communication, drafting skills, storytelling, and digital media skills is a plus.
