Job Description:
10+ years of experience in the area of growth marketing on both digital & traditional
marketing, campaign management and analytics with exposure to use of data, analytics and
technology for managing marketing initiatives covering branding, product analytics and
customer lifecycle management.

- Masters/MBA in Data science/Marketing. Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
(e.g., statistics, economics, marketing) Preferred. - 7-10 years of experience in End-to-end project management and leading delivery team right from requirement gathering, Root cause analysis, process map, delivery quality and insights, use of advanced analytics to give insights and recommendation, ensure high quality deliverables on timely basis.
- Exposure to ‘Growth marketing' paradigm in marketing, with extended focus on full
funnel activities, customer engagement and also product / service strategy
Ability to identify client problem statements through client conversations and assessment of current state. - Hypothesize on various root causes and drivers for the problem statements and identify potential solutions Prior knowledge of marketing operations, drivers and metrics used to measure marketing performance.
- Professional experience in Marketing Analytics, Experimentation and Marketing Optimizations and strategy, campaign design, attribution and ROI Optimization
Excellent client communication and presenting analysis to Executive Leadership
during monthly/quarterly business review meetings, manage stakeholder
interactions and expectations. - Proven experience analysing marketing data performance, with knowledge of both
traditional and digital marketing channels and measurement capabilities. - Ability to relate to advanced segmentation techniques to understand customer behaviour, channel/product affinity and strategies to cross/up sell, recommend acquisition, retention and churn strategies, effectiveness of loyalty programs
Ability to develop hypothesis around client business problems to answer business questions and create a story to present the solution. - Good understanding of BI methodologies, reporting tools and basics of data architecture
Provide guidance & create best practices and frameworks to design, implement and
sustain effective data driven analytics solutions and Business development, growth
initiatives. - Experience in managing an offshore team and manage client interaction on multiple
project streams, report on team's utilization, call out success metrics risk and KPIs
Optional – Hands on experience in data cleansing, statistics, data mining, predictive
analysis, and other data analysis techniques to extract insights from complex data
sets
