Job Requirements :
Responsible for overall engagement for multiple US-Retail clients in data analytics. As an Analytics Strategist you will be responsible for the growth of a few strategy clients by providing thought leadership on novel methods of problem solving, emerging trends, supporting pre-sales initiatives, and establishing/maintaining relationships with key stakeholders .
Job Description :
- Lead and inspire a 20-member offshore analytics team
- Grow the accounts by identifying the pain points of different client stakeholders and propose analytical solutions to solve it
- Design, develop, and implement analytical solutions to a variety of business problems involving marketing and customer analytics
- Translate business objectives into actionable analyses, and effectively communicate complex data-driven findings to a broader audience through effective visuals & presentations
- Be an effective executor as well as thought partner to clients, equally comfortable in taking a 30,000-ft view of business problems as well as get involved in the minutiae of data analysis
- Act as the account owner and pro-actively prioritize project pipeline & manage team bandwidth for on-time and high-quality delivery of insights and solutions Qualifications: 8+ years of overall experience in analytics, data science, and business intelligence
- 5+ years in a data analytics managerial/leadership role and managing teams of 10+ members
- Experience in Retail industry and the corresponding functions like Merchandising, Supply Chain, Marketing, Customer experience
- Experience in creating data science models, insightful dashboards, complex business analysis Preferred:
- 3+ years’ programming experience with languages such as R / Python
- 2+ years of experience in consulting .
