Job Description:

  1. Assisting the executive recruiter with recruitment duties.
  2. Reviewing available positions and candidate requirements.
  3. Communicating with the HR team.
  4. Posting job applications on social media and job sites.
  5. Tracking open positions using recruiting software.
  6. Assisting the hiring team in screening candidate.
  7. Conducting initial phone screenings.
  8. Communicating with candidates and setting up interviews.
  9. Managing the resume database.

Job Requirement:

  1. 6 months to one year of experience in Talent Acquisition (Freshers with IT backgrounds or with excellent communication skills can apply).
  2. Sourcing/Recruiting mid to senior level positions for various FTE/Contract/C2H requirements across US.
  3. Should be proficient with MS Office and Spreadsheets.
  4. Strong ability in screening; interviewing, reference / background checking of potential candidates before submitting to client.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Advanced interpersonal skills.
  7. Critical thinking skills.
  8. Ability to conduct interviews over the phone.
  9. Excellent decision-making skills.
  10. Good organizational skills.
