Job Description:
Looking for an Inbound marketing specialist who will oversee the website, convert traffic to the website into new leads for the business, and nurture those leads with a solid marketing strategy. The person will be supported by the sales leadership to convert these nurtured/qualified leads to customers. Experienced enough and ready to take full responsibility of our inbound marketing strategies including social media, blogs, website optimization, email marketing and demand generation Roles and Responsibilities
  • Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting website traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers) 
  • Creating and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns leveraging SEO, social media, email campaigns to drive customer acquisition.
  • Responsible for email marketing program development and execution, including segmentation, testing, and deployment, and continually evaluate these for improvements. 
  • Maintain Marketing Automation integration with CRM and assist in the integration of additional platforms into the marketing automation software.
  • Understand and evaluate campaign metrics and distribute campaign performance to the marketing team. 
  • Work with management to define KPIs, create reporting, analyze campaign performance. Create recommendations to improve campaigns continuously. 
  • Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards 8.Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth
Requirements: 
  • Work experience of 4-6 years, preferably in the B2B marketing space. 
  • Proven experience with Lead Generation, E-mail Marketing, Content Marketing, SEO and running PPC Campaigns. 
  • Hands-on experience using marketing automation software in order to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers. 
  • Excellent grasp of Social Media, Website metrics. 
  • Basic content writing skills. 
  • Relevant certifications in Google Analytics, Inbound Marketing, Google AdWords is preferred. 
  • Ability to work well across teams, stakeholders and manage vendors / agencies. 
  • Exposure to webs Content Management System, HTML/CSS is a bonus
