Venkat Viswanathan
Founder & CEO
As CEO and founder of LatentView, Venkat is the driving force and visionary behind LatentView. He has helped several Fortune 500 clients leverage an India-based offshore services delivery model in the financial services and telecom sectors for over a decade.
He has over 18 years of experience in management consulting, technology and global IT services management. Before he founded LatentView, Venkat was part of the global leadership team for Cognizant’s Communications practice, where he was in charge of strategy and business development and worked closely with field sales teams in winning key global service provider clients and growing the business to the $20m milestone.
When he’s not thinking about big data and analytics, Venkat indulges his passion for technological gadgets. His latest possession is a Squeezebox wireless radio that streams music and news from around the world. He is also a value investor in the public markets.
Venkat holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from IIT, Madras, and an MBA from IIM, Calcutta.
Ramesh Hariharan
Co-Founder; Head – Innovation & Technology
In his most recent Avatar, Ramesh leads innovation and technology development and is focused on evaluating, adopting and creating competencies in the array of new technologies pertaining to data analysis, visualization and big data analytics infrastructure. Ramesh and his team have created bidwiser, LatentView patent-pending text PPC advertising bid management software. In earlier roles, Ramesh has played an active role in service delivery for LatentView’s portfolio of clients. He is the brain behind many of LatentView’s solution accelerators.
With over 11 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Global IT Services delivery and product development, Ramesh is an expert on Big Data. Prior to LatentView, Ramesh worked for Oracle Consulting and Cognizant, where he acquired deep technology, delivery and client consulting experience across geographies.
Ramesh has been practicing Yoga for over five years, in his free time, and enjoys spending time with his young family.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Technology from IIT, Madras and an MBA from IIM Calcutta.
Pramad Jandhyala
Co-Founder; Director – Finance & Human Capital
Pramad focuses on building a strong platform for growth at LatentView and is responsible for finance, talent management and strategic planning.
She has over 17 years of experience working with corporate finance and credit teams in global firms such as IBM, Ford, Moody’s ICRA and Kotak Mahindra Bank. She has a diverse background, and has worked in consumer lending, corporate finance, project finance, capital markets and credit analysis.
In her spare time, Pramad nurtures an avid interest in digital photography and spends many hours with her Nikon capturing Chennai’s lively beaches and colorful temples.
She graduated with a B.E. in Computer Science from BITS Pilani, and also has an MBA from IIM, Calcutta.
Krishnan Venkata
Regional Director, US West Coast
Krishnan is the Regional Director for US West Coast, responsible for Sales Leadership, and Relationship Management for LatentView’s clients, especially in the technology sector, in this region.
He has over 11 years of experience in global IT services delivery in the US, Canada and India. Prior to joining LatentView, Krishnan worked with Cognizant Technology Solutions, where he managed engagements with multinational clients in the financial services and communications verticals. He was also part of the business development team in communications vertical which doubled in revenues in three years ending 2006.
Krishnan is a passionate about quantitative analysis and teaches young MBA aspirants whenever his schedule allows. He loves to spend his free time with his young family and friends.
Krishnan holds a B.Tech in Computer Science from College of Engineering, Trivandrum and an MBA from IIM, Lucknow.
Ganesh Sankaran
Regional Director, US East Coast
Ganesh is Regional Director for LatentView and responsible for driving sales leadership and relationship management for all clients in the region.
He has over 15 years of varied experience in solution sales, product management, customer service and offshore delivery management. Prior to LatentView, Ganesh worked in eGain and was responsible for solution sales and customer service for financial sector clients. Ganesh joined eGain from Zoho, where he was responsible for product management, and worked closely with their product and strategy teams and helped them gain early recognition for innovative online business, productivity & collaboration applications used today by over 6 million users worldwide.
He is an avid marathoner and regularly takes part in the Mumbai half-marathon, and hopes to someday take part in the New York Marathon.
Ganesh has a Bachelor’s degree in Technology from IIT, Madras and an MBA from IIM, Lucknow.
Vivek Desikan
Director – Strategic Account Management & Service Delivery
Vivek is the resident Math guru and spearheads many of LatentView’s efforts in the evaluation, adoption and implementation of cutting-edge analytics solutions with its clients. Vivek is responsible for partnering with stakeholders in a large strategic account for LatentView and for developing a strong service delivery organization.
Vivek spent many years developing and implementing cutting-edge analytic methodologies for leading Fortune 500 financial services companies including credit card and insurance companies, and online payment providers.
Vivek’s love for statistics extends to his ardent pursuit of cricket online.
He holds a B.Tech. in Computer Science from College of Engineering, Guindy and an MBA from IIM, Ahmedabad.
