What Can I do with this tool?

With the ROI Calculator you can do the following:

Quantify the effectiveness of analytical models in driving desired business outcomes (increased response rates, lower attrition rates, etc)

Assess the incremental benefits of more precisely targeted campaigns driven by analytical models, compared to your current targeting strategy

Analyze and understand the impact of various drivers on campaign performance

Plan your analytical modeling initiatives using a standard, data-driven framework


There are currently two different versions of this tool, for different types of models:

Response Model RoI Calculator – to evaluate RoI of customer acquisition and cross-sell/up-sell campaigns, powered by response models

Retention Model RoI Calculator – to evaluate RoI of customer retention campaigns, powered by attrition models

In order to use this tool one would require Microsoft Excel 2007.One should also enable macros in order for the tool to function.
